Hidden Creek Goldens

Amber L.

Breeder of Golden Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Amber L., the breeder behind Hidden Creek Goldens located in Hayden, AL. My mom showed and bred champion Golden Retrievers for more than 20 years. She definitely passed down that love of Goldens to me. Breeding healthy, happy and beautiful Goldens is our top priority. Our dogs are all health tested and genetically tested as well. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about this wonderful breed!

Q. & A. with Amber

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was raised with dogs my entire life and enjoyed my years as an exhibitor and breeder of AKC champion dogs for two decades.
  • What makes your program special?

I don't believe that these wonderful dogs should be priced beyond the reach of most families. I decided to make my puppies as affordable as possible while still maintaining EXCELLENT breeding practices such as obtaining ALL recommended health clearances, breeding for excellent temperaments and gorgeous Golden traits. It is our mission to maintain the highest breeding standards possible.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
