I'm Julie W., the breeder behind Hidden Hickories Farm located in Shelbyville, KY. The farm life provides an outstanding foundation for healthy athleticism and wonderful family friendly temperaments. Our dogs are not raised in kennels, but in our home with tender loving care. Nutrition plays a big role in proper development which is why we feed age appropriate premium kibble mixed with home cooked beef and chicken. A beautiful healthy dog from the inside and out is our primary goal.

Why did you start breeding?
We admired the French bulldog for nearly a decade before we purchased our first pet in 2012. We were instantly in love with the comical sweet nature of this wonderful breed. Many many hours of research and education led to what has become a passion for creating a better French Bulldog in conformation temperament and style. Breeding offers us the opportunity to interact with both science and grace.What makes your program special?
Our breeding dogs live in our home situated on a ten acre farm with secure fencing and lots of shade trees in a park-like setting. Once they are reliably potty trained, they sleep throughout our home in our beds, couches and pretty much everywhere they choose. We maintain several crates with beds available 24/7 and five cameras connected to the internet allow us to monitor (and talk) to our animals any time we leave the house. Our dogs are our family and our passion.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle, cream, and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Julie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
