I'm Anita H., the breeder behind Highley’s Frenchies located in Eaton, OH. I bred and showed cocker spaniels 20 years ago our Frenchies are raised in our home with our grandchildren and family members. I work at a vet clinic where I am in charge of C-sections natal care for puppies and kittens. We are very strict on heartworm prevention, vaccines, and socialization.

Getting a puppy from Anita
