I'm Jasmyn J., the breeder behind Hi-Line Frenchies located in Scobey, MT. We are a very small breeding program. Our dogs are family members first and foremost. All of our breeding dogs live in our home and sleep in our bed. We ensure our puppies are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes.

French Bulldog
About Roo
Roo is the definition of a goofy, sweet Frenchie. She is an athletic bodied girl, with a slightly longer nose which we know has made her extremely healthy in the breathing department. She loves to play and exercise when she wants to, but really enjoys being a couch potato next to you. She is extremely healthy, no allergies, and doesn’t snore. Her temperament is so nice, a perfect example of what I think every Frenchie should be like: mellow, go with the flow, not timid, sweet, not aggressive, funny! We absolutely love her to pieces, and we are so excited to see what her puppies will be like.
Good health testing
Good level
Hi-Line Frenchies reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for French Bulldogs.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Tracheal Hypoplasia, Spine (OFA, FCI)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Hyperuricosuria (HUU), Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
