I'm Elliot M., the breeder behind Hilltop Goldendoodles located in Monument, CO. Our puppies are bred to be healthy for the long run. Parents are genetically tested and OFA certified in hips and elbows. The puppies just don’t sit in a box with mom all day - they are held and played with on day 1. We spend all our time loving them for the first 8 weeks before you get to love them.
Q. & A. with Elliot
Why did you start breeding?
I grew up breeding golden retrievers. Two of my children have very bad allergies to dogs so we got our first Goldendoodle 5 years ago. So amazing to be able to have a dog for my kids! We wanted to do the same for others who need these sweet, smart and hypoallergenic dogs.
What makes your program special?
So many times you just find mom in a big box with puppies and a camera on her. Our puppies are raised in our fun crazy house being exposed to our kids and sounds from day one. They live their little lives with us and we devote time to car riding, potty training, and ENS stimulations. Our pups are well mannered and ready to go be wonderful pups for their new families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream and chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
