I'm HOI F., the breeder behind HOI Frenchies located in Bakersfield, CA. We are home-based breeders dedicated to bringing healthy, smart, and quality Frenchies into the homes and hearts of other families. My dogs all have genetic testing done prior to breeding to ensure only healthy pups are produced. We devote our time, energy, and efforts to each litter making sure our puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born. It would be our pleasure to introduce your family to your next French Bulldog puppy!

Why did you start breeding?
I understand the very important role that breeders undertake; that being today’s breeders are the guardians of the future of the French Bulldog. I wanted to put my passion to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is my way to give back to the breed. I want nothing more than to see each of my dogs and puppies shine.What makes your program special?
I take every precaution to ensure that I am breeding responsibly. My dogs are genetically tested and I observe the compatibility between the parents prior to breeding. I look to better the breed overall, and I do everything I can to ensure the puppies have everything they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, cuteness is guaranteed, and lots of love is always included.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, blue, tricolors, and liver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from HOI
HOI has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $14,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.
“The price includes genetic health testing, AKC registration (if applicable), color DNA (if applicable), shot record, and a toy. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Deposit is nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another litter or puppy.”
Contract & health guarantee
HOI may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
