Meet the breeder

I'm Aimee H., the breeder behind Horton & Co. Cavapoos located in Theodore, AL. At Horton & Co. Cavapoos, our puppies are raised in our family home in Theodore, Alabama and are part of our daily life. We focus on health, temperament, and early socialization so each puppy grows into a confident, affectionate companion. Our goal is to match every puppy with the perfect family.

Q. & A. with Aimee

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our love for Cavapoos began with our own family dog and their gentle, affectionate personality. We quickly fell in love with the breed and wanted to share that same joy with other families. This inspired us to begin raising Cavapoos with a strong focus on health, temperament, and beautiful coats.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are raised right in our home—not in kennels—where they receive daily love, socialization, and early exposure to family life. We focus on quality over quantity and prioritize health, temperament, and proper socialization so each puppy is confident and ready for their new home. Every Horton & Co. Cavapoo leaves with a strong start and lifelong breeder support.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color, cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
