I'm Anabel R., the breeder behind House of Pugs and French BullDogs located in Chula Vista, CA. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our French Bulldog puppies include cream, fawn, tricolors, and brindle and white. Pug puppies include fawn and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Anabel
Anabel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Anabel partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take great care in placing puppies in the right home. We do send out a questionnaire form to each potential family’s for screening. Once approved we FaceTime or video call the new family so they can see the puppy. We normally place the puppy at 9 weeks.”
Price
“The price includes puppy wellness exam, vaccines, deworming and a fecal exam. We also included a welcome home kit. All of our puppies price differently by color and type of registration looking for deposit are not refundable if you would not like to proceed for any reason. They only way deposit will be refunded if our vet tells us they puppy is unhealthy.”

Anabel may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
