I'm Mandy W., the breeder behind House of Royals Bulldogs located in Lubbock, TX. Our puppies are bred for quality of health, conformation, and temperament. Parents are health tested and live with us as pets for life. All puppies are current on vaccinations and vet checked before going to forever families. Each puppy goes home with a puppy kit and snuggle puppy.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with an English Bulldog puppy and planned to breed her. Unfortunately, her temperament and health tests didn’t make her a good candidate for motherhood. My next EBD was perfect for motherhood, and we had a perfect litter of four. When she retired to my couch, I set out on a new journey: Frenchies! These little bears are perfection.

  • What makes your program special?

    We only have 1-2 litters per year. Our dogs stay with us even after retirement because they are family. More than anything, we want our puppies and families to be happy together.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include fawn, blue fawn, tricolors, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Mandy

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $2,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“A one year health guarantee, current vaccinations, and deworming are included in the price. Each litter is registered with AKC, and a puppy folder with individual registration form is provided. . Deposit can be transferred to another puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Mandy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
