I'm Courtney H., the breeder behind Howlin' in the Holler Wolfdogs ๐พ๐บ located in South Shore, KY. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. We breed to preserve the unique characteristics of this breed while considering a variety of traits, including health, conformation, and temperament. We emphasize the proper socialization and training of our puppies, and we strive to promote responsible dog ownership.
Q. & A. with Courtney
Why did you start breeding?
Diesel is my main reason. He is an Agouti & has been the BEST dog I've ever owned in my life! His nature is unlike any husky I have ever came across, he's ridiculously loyal, very calm & laidback which is not the usual for huskies at all (we found out it was because he is a WOLFDOG) So when we searched for him a mate we knew Demi was it the moment they met IRL! Can't wait to see these babies grow!
What makes your program special?
We specifically target any traits/training you need for your home. Example being: we had a woman with a special needs toddler so we made sure their dog went home EXTRA calm & started support animal training with him as immediately as humanely possible with him. Rune has done AMAZING so far & they just came for another pup in November 2022!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable and white, red and white, and agouti and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
