Q. & A. with April/Mikala
Why did you start breeding?
I worked with my oldest sister who showed, raised and trained Australian Cattle Dogs. My family was struck with the sudden loss of my late husband. A Golden pup came into our world to prayerfully help with the pain. Shortly after we grew to be owned by three lol. Doesn't the saying go 'Goldens are like potato chips, you can't just have one?' The Love of the breed began my journey with breeding.
What makes your program special?
Our program has grown to be a huge success through training, puppy rearing and knowledge gained from The Avidog way! We serve a wide arrange of clients from companion homes to service dog homes. Health and temperament are of high value to us. Years of research and relationships built to gain trust in our breeding community.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
