I'm Deanna K., the breeder behind Hummingbird Farm located in Berkeley Springs, WV. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. Our dogs are members of our family and are right by our side for daily life. Our experience with them inspired us to share their affectionate personalities with other loving families!

Getting a puppy from Deanna
Deanna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes one puppy of choice, one year health guarantee, de-worming, and first shots. AKC Paperwork for you to register your puppy if desired. $200 deposit due at time of puppy selection to hold the puppy of your choice.”
Contract & health guarantee
Deanna may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
