I'm Jeffrey H., the breeder behind Idaho Beagles located in Shelley, ID. We breed high-quality AKC beagles. We pride ourselves in producing healthy puppies and treat each of the new babies as if they were our own. We health test each of our parents through Embark to ensure we are producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. We love what we do and are committed to producing quality puppies for their future families.

Getting a puppy from Jeffrey
Jeffrey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Puppy price including AKC limited registration, routine deworming, dewclaw removal, 1st set of immunizations, well puppy vet check, and a one-year health guarantee. Microchipping is available upon request. Once a deposit is placed, this will reserve the puppy of your choice for you until he/she is 8 weeks old.”

Jeffrey may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
