I'm Tammy R., the breeder behind Itsabulldogthing located in Salem, IL. We want your experience with your new baby to be a memorable day. We strive to love them and nurture them so they are ready for their forever homes. We have raised them for 27 years and know what a blessing they are to every family. Bulldogs are very much their own dog (person) with their unique personalities. We give the 24 hr care when they are born so they have the bonding they need.

Why did you start breeding?
We got our first bulldog 27 years ago and we of wanted a second one after that. We decided to have a litter out of one of our girls to carry her bloodline on and have her wonderful traits. I loved being a bulldog mom so we have been raising them ever since.What makes your program special?
I believe it’s special because we look at them as family and socialize them for their homes. We are very close with our vet and that helps to ensure they have the best care also.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, red brindle and white, fawn and brindle, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $2,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
