Meet the breeder
I'm Jennifer M., the breeder behind J Bar M Corgis located in Edinburgh, IN. All of our dogs are tested for temperament and are easy going, friendly and loveable. They live on the farm and get to run and play. While I do have kennels, they are only in them a few hours a day. All the puppies will come vaccinated with the first round, and dewormed.

What makes your program special?
I try to breed the best quality dogs that I can and adhere to breed standard. I will not breed merle colors, as these are not purebred corgis. I also try to keep my prices low so that ALL people can afford to enjoy this great pet. I also test every dog for a full panel of genetic issues. I will never intentionally breed two positive dogs that will pass on the disease to their puppies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include fawn, red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jennifer partners with them to find the best puppy match.
Price
“AKC registered dogs are $1000. AKC registered dogs with an open registration are $1500 and subject to approval. CKC registered dogs are $850. All deposits are non-refundable with special exceptions. Puppies come with tails docked. If you prefer one with the tail intact, I must know this prior to birth and the full payment must be made in advance. They will have first shots and have been dewormed at least twice.”

About Oliver
Oliver is a gorgeous red-headed tricolor boy. He is triple clear, AKC registered, and has a very nice pedigree. He has a very sweet disposition, loves people and loves to play. I always say he is the happiest dog I know! He is a pretty large Corgi and should put some size back into the spring program.

About Jackson
Jackson is our new up-and-coming stud. He is out of Oliver and Maya. We are so excited for him because he is almost 100% clear on his entire test panel for genetic diseases and conditions. And, he carries the black-headed trifactor, which will enable him to sire black headed tris as well as red headed. Depending on the mother, he could sire all colors of puppies in the Pembroke lineup! He also carries the fluffy gene. Although we do not breed for fluffies intentionally, having one copy of the gene does put a nice coat on dogs. We will not breed him to any female with the fluffy gene, because we do not want to get fluffies. All this makes him quite valuable! And if he has the confirmation of his daddy, that will make him the perfect stud! He is still growing and we haven't started breeding with him yet, of course, but it won't be long!

About Frannie
Frannie is really smart and athletic. She is clear for EIC and VWd1, and carrier only for DM. This will be her first litter. She has a sweet disposition and she's very pretty. She and Oliver should have some nice pups and they will all be red headed tricolors (probably with black caps).

About Darby
Darby is a loving, eager to please girl who will do ANYTHING for a treat! She's quick and smart, and sometimes a bit stubborn, but she's also the best hugger I have! She has a full genetic health panel and is a carrier for Vwd1. Negative for DM and EIC. She will only be bred to clear studs. She is AKC registered.

About Lucy
Lucy is one of my sweetest girls. Once she knows you are ok, she will not get out of your lap and loves to give kisses and snuggle. She is, unfortunately, not registered, but is full blooded Pembroke Corgi. I have her mother here and she gave me 4 beautiful litters and her pups were extremely sought after. This will be Lucy's first litter and hopefully she will be just as good!

About Sweet Pea
Sweet Pea was born and raised here at J Bar M Farm. Her mother, Lila is my nicest dog and produces the prettiest puppies. I handpicked Sweet Pea to keep to carry on her line. This is her first litter. She is a really friendly girl with a nice conformation. She is a lighter red color. She is clear for DM and VWd1 and is a carrier only for EIC.

Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
