I'm Jolie A., the breeder behind J & J Kennels located in Upton, KY. I offer long-term, healthy puppies hand-picked for you! My puppies are all vet checked with vaccines and dewormer on board before leaving the property. All pups go home with contracts and puppy kits. Why did you start breeding?
I was introduced into breeding at a young age by my grandmother who raised and showed Kerry Blue Terriers and Boxers. As a technician, I’m always seeing litters come in and always enjoy seeing them grow from the time they’re a few days old to the time they’re a few years old.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is very small, having 1-2 litters a year at the moment. However, I’m very picky about where my dogs go. When my dogs do leave, they are sent with a “puppy package” which includes a collar and leash, a blanket, food, heartworm prevention, and a couple of toys. My dogs are a part of me and when you purchase a pup from me, you become part of my family!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, blue, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
von Willebrand Disease III (vWD III), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
