I'm Grace S., the breeder behind James Ruby Farms located in Elk, WA. We raise Aussiedoodles that are great family companions. Our dogs are our personal pets, raised in our home with love. Because our dogs are raised in our home, our puppies grow up surrounded by care, attention, and everyday life. We believe great dogs start with love, responsible breeding, and a commitment to raising happy, healthy companions. 🐾.

Why did you start breeding?
Over the years we fell in love with the intelligence and loyalty of Australian Shepherds and the wonderful temperament and coat qualities of Poodles. Combining the two in Aussiedoodles felt like the perfect fit for our lifestyle and values. Today we’re grateful to raise these amazing dogs and share them with families looking for loving companions.What makes your program special?
We proudly follow the Puppy Culture method, which focuses on early socialization and enrichment to support each puppy’s temperament as well as their mental and physical development. Our goal is to raise confident, healthy puppies who are ready to thrive in their forever homes.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include mini and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black phantom, black and white, and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Grace has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Grace partners with them to find the best puppy match.

About Josie
Josephine is a purebred Australian Shepard. She is the sweetest dog, she wants to please so badly. She has an abundance of energy and is the best companion dog for our little farm. She has taken to motherhood with grace and love. She is the most attentive alert mother. We love our Josie!
Parent health testing
James Ruby Farms reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Aussiedoodles.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
