Q. & A. with Shannon
Why did you start breeding?
Have you ever heard of a toy called Puppy in my Pocket? Well, that was my literal obsession as a child, I played with them endlessly, learning about each and every breed. I always told my Grandma, that when I grew up I was going to have 100 dogs. Dogs have always been my passion and were always going to have a place in my future in a big way.
What makes your program special?
I feel we are special in the way we care for and love our dogs and puppies. We have altered and rearranged our entire lives to support our program and accommodate whatever needs our dogs and puppies have. It doesn't hurt that our dogs are absolutely beautiful and their pups are happy, healthy and well rounded! Johnson's Doodles strives for perfection in what we provide.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini and medium sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sheepadoodle puppies are miniature size. Aussiedoodle puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include black, tri-color, and phantom. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, and black. Sheepadoodle puppies include black and white and black. Aussiedoodle puppies include brown and white, blue merle, red merle, black phantom, black and white, black tri-color, red phantom, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?

Shannon was wonderful and our new AussieDoodle, Cleo, is a beautiful, happy puppy. Cleo arrived confident and friendly and is a wonderful addition to our family. I was a little nervous as I had never purchased a puppy from a breeder without seeing them in person. Shannon understood that and took the time to send videos and share information to put me at ease. I would absolutely recommend Johnson’s Doodles to anyone e looking for a happy, healthy puppy,

When I first reached out to Shannon she answered all the questions I had. From the time I reserved our puppy until the time we picked her up, everything was amazing. She puts in so much time, energy and love into her puppies. She made the transition for our puppy coming to our home so smooth. I would highly recommend Shannon!

From the first day we met to the day we picked her up it was amazing. She is such a good dog and so inquisitive. She has become the little sister we had hoped she would for Nickel.

Bella Star is doing great and getting lots of love. She is now about 30 pounds and has long legs. I get her groomed every six weeks along with her brother Buddy. She loves to go on trips in the vehicle and goes with me frequently to visit at a skilled nursing center. She has made many friends there too. She goes with us weekly to Walmart. She loves to eat for sure. Bella and Buddy love going on walks together. I am doing better in walking two dogs together. Looking to get her enrolled in some formal training soon.

I am so glad that I came across Shannon, her communication was great and went above and beyond to get my sweet Indiana to me. He is the sweetest and cutest thing. I would suggest her to others again and again.

We were so happy with Johnson’s Doodles! Shannon was amazing in communicating with me about the different puppies she had, their temperaments, and who might be the best match for our family. Once we chose our perfect puppy the process of picking her up was great, Shannon made sure we were more than prepared to bring her home. It is clear these puppies are treated so well, they are all the sweetest and great with kids! We are already talking about wanting another puppy from here :)
