Meet the breeder

I'm Rebekah S., the breeder behind Joley Aire Family Dogs located in Eureka, IL. We don’t breed dogs because it’s easy. We breed dogs because families matter. At Joley Aire, our dogs are raised inside our home—not in kennels, not as inventory, but as part of our everyday life. Puppies hear real-life sounds, experience real routines, and are shaped by real human interaction from day one. They’re held, observed, prayed over, and thoughtfully matched with families who are looking for more than a pet. We believe dogs should be structurally sound, mentally stable, and emotionally equipped to live as companions—not projects. That means we breed intentionally, keep our program small, health test our adults, and make hard decisions when something isn’t right. Our goal isn’t volume. It’s longevity. We want the dog curled up at your child’s feet during school, walking beside you years from now, and steady enough to weather the chaos and quiet of real family life. If you’re looking for a breeder who treats puppies like products, we may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for one who treats them like a responsibility—we’d love to talk.

Q. & A. with Rebekah

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was raised around dogs and experienced breeding firsthand growing up, so the process itself was never foreign to me. As an adult, I chose to step into breeding intentionally—educating myself further, prioritizing health and temperament, and committing to doing things the right way rather than the fast way. Building our own program allowed us to focus on quality over quantity and to be personally involved in every stage, from pairing decisions to puppy placement.
  • What makes your program special?

Our puppies are raised in our home and are part of our daily rhythm from day one. They are handled, observed, and socialized intentionally, with a strong emphasis on confidence, stability, and adaptability. We follow Puppy Culture–based protocols and place a high value on health testing, thoughtful pairings, and lifelong support for the families who take home our puppies. We stay accessible, answer questions honestly, and walk alongside our puppy families long after pickup day. We believe good breeding is personal—and we treat it that way.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Our experience from start to finish was one of a kind. If you desire a Louis Vuitton experience, I recommend Joley Aire Family Dogs. Our experience with Rebekah was incredible. Her responsiveness, transparency and communication were 5 star. My wife and I were amazed at how socially ready Eiger was from drop off to our current time with her, which is about 4 weeks. Eiger fit into our family seamlessly. We have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old and Eiger has adapted so well with our kids. Her friendly demeanor and temperament is actually shocking to us. Our kids adore her. You can tell she has been introduced to family and other puppies at a young age. Eiger is playful and never out of line. If you are looking for a puppy to fit into your family without concerns please do not search any further. Rebekah’s litters are truly the perfect fit for a family friendly companion for the present and years to come. We are thrilled and grateful that we came across Joley Aire Family Dogs. Thank you Rebekah, you have completed our family!

From the very beginning, working with Joley Aire Family Dogs was such a great experience. You were incredibly communicative and always quick to respond, which made the entire process feel easy and reassuring. I picked up our puppy around 10 weeks old, and we truly can’t believe how seamless the transition has been. He has been the easiest puppy our family has ever loved on. It was as if he already knew the word “potty” from day one, and within three days of being home he was confidently using the dog door alongside our 4 year old Bernadoodle. He is so smart, nothing short of loving, completely kid-friendly, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles and kisses. He is such a sweetheart, and even after just a couple of weeks, we already can’t imagine our home without him. We’re so grateful for this experience and for bringing such a special puppy into our lives.

We recently brought home our puppy from Joley Aire Family Dogs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Rebekah was fantastic to work with—professional, communicative, and clearly dedicated to raising well-adjusted puppies. From day one, it was obvious how much training and care had already gone into our pup. He came home confident, well-socialized, and incredibly well-mannered. In just two days, he’s had zero accidents in the house, which is a testament to the foundation Rebekah sets before they go to their new homes. If you’re looking for a responsible, knowledgeable breeder who truly prioritizes the well-being and training of their dogs, I highly recommend Joley Aire Family Dogs.

We are so happy to have found Rebekah from Joley Aire Family dogs! We brought home Elbrus, now Macie Mae, about a week ago. She is adorable and we love her so much already! Rebekah was very responsive and helpful with all my questions that I had during the process of adoption. We couldn’t be more grateful!

The entire process from start to pickup was incredible. Our pup is the best tempered and well behaved dog we have ever had. She is adapting so well with all of our family, you can tell she was well socializing as a young pup. We absolutely love Daisy “Sweet Pea”
