I'm Stacy J., the breeder behind Jordan Giants located in Lawrenceburg, IN. Our dogs are bred to produce structurally sound, healthy Great Dane puppies that we work hard to prepare to be excellent family members. We breed bc we believe Great Danes are amazing dogs that truly bring a unique & wonderful presence to their families & we want to help families find their pup.
Q. & A. with Stacy
Why did you start breeding?
We have loved Great Danes since we were kids. As we finished having our own children, we decided we wanted to finally own & breed this regal dog. We used AKC & other resources to find our breeder, then he & other breeders mentored us for 3 years before we started having pups. I am always learning more about how to keep this amazing breed going.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are our pets first. They’re all inside with us as part of our family. All our puppies are, as well. We thoroughly OFA test before any breeding to assure healthy & happy puppies. We expose puppies to kids of all ages, along with people that look & sound different. They’re also exposed to noises & other animals & start crate and potty training. Our goal is to raise lifelong family members.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

The puppies are all doing great and getting big. With tiny barks, loud yaps, and little waddling all over the place, they are keeping us on our toes. They’ve started eating goat milk/mush - which is great bc their tiny teeth are coming in. At almost 4 weeks old, these sweet pups have won over our hearts. We only have one little puppy left looking for a home - George. Let us know if you’d like this little black handsome dude.

Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

We had a wonderful experience with Stacy Jordan of Jordan’s Giants. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she was always responsive, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. It was clear from the start that Stacy pours her heart into her dogs and takes great care in her breeding program.
Our Great Dane puppy is healthy, well cared for, and already showing a wonderful temperament. We couldn’t be happier, and we’re so grateful to Stacy for her dedication and genuine love for her dogs. Highly recommend Jordan’s Giants to anyone looking for a truly exceptional breeder!

It was a great experience, I was updated nearly everyday on my girl violet on her Facebook page were I could see her growing up so it felt like I didn’t miss a thing. Violet has grown up to be a very healthy and large Great Dane at 135lbs at 3 years old she’s the sweetest girl and gets along with everyone. I was very stressed over picking the right breeder and she’s one of the best out there

Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
