Because welcoming a puppy into your home is a significant commitment—one we hope will bring your family joy for the next 10–20 years—we take the application and placement process just as seriously. A deposit is requested with your application and is applied in full toward the purchase price of your puppy. The deposit reflects your sincere interest in moving forward with Joyful Noise Beagles and allows us to begin the thoughtful work of getting to know you, your family, your lifestyle, and what you hope for in your future puppy. We carefully vet each prospective home. Our responsibility doesn't end with raising healthy, happy puppies; it includes doing everything we can to place each one in a home where they will be loved, understood, and well suited for the life their family has planned for them. Reviewing applications, communicating with prospective families, learning about their goals and living situations, and ultimately matching puppies with their families all require considerable time and care on our part. Submitting an application and deposit does not automatically guarantee approval or placement. If, after reviewing your application and speaking with you, we determine that Joyful Noise Beagles or one of our puppies is not the right fit for your family, your deposit will be refunded. And sometimes, the family is wonderful but one of our puppies—or the timing of one of our litters—simply isn't the right fit. When that happens, we are happy to help connect you with other reputable breeders we know and trust. Our goal is not to make every family wait for a Joyful Noise puppy; it is to help families who come to us make a thoughtful, responsible choice and, whenever we can, point them toward a well-bred puppy that is right for them. Once your application has been approved, your deposit becomes non-refundable and secures your place in our placement process. At that point, we are making a commitment to you as a future Joyful Noise family, just as we ask you to make a commitment to us and to the process. We understand that circumstances can sometimes change. However, the non-refundable deposit helps ensure that the families joining our waiting list are genuinely prepared and committed to bringing home a puppy, while allowing us to devote our time and attention to families who are seriously pursuing that commitment. When the time comes to match puppies with their families, we will consider everything we've learned about you alongside everything we've learned about each puppy during their first weeks of life. Our goal isn't simply to find a home for every puppy—it's to find the right home for each puppy and the right puppy for each family.”
