I'm Dolly & Ruthie S., the breeder behind Joyful Noise Beagles located in Liberty Lake, WA. We strive to responsibly raise and train Beagles to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We focus on the proper development of all our puppies because we know that each one is unique and deserving of undivided love and attention. Each puppy is bred, raised, and loved indoors to ensure health, happiness, and harmony from the start. At Joyful Noise, beauty is a given, but producing healthy, loving, and versatile Beagles is our true goal.
Q. & A. with Dolly & Ruthie
Why did you start breeding?
My daughter, Ruthie, was nine years old when she took the money she had saved to buy a Beagle puppy and brought Lilli home.
Lilli has been an integral part of our family, a source of joy and amusement, and is why we find ourselves enthusiastic and passionate breeders today.
Lilli continues to be in charge and school the younger Beagles in our home. We're beyond grateful for her "joyful noise."
What makes your program special?
We've been incredibly blessed to partner with and receive mentorship from long-time preservation breeders who uphold the Beagle standard for conformation AND function. We've taken that generously shared expertise, knowledge, and genuine heart for this breed and applied it to how we raise, handle, and represent our dogs to perpetuate the future of healthy, happy Beagles and owners.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include 13-inch and 15-inch sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white and black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
