I'm Justine S., the breeder behind Justart Borzoi located in Marysville, CA. Our dogs are bred with intention and care in every step of the process. We breed with a focus on temperament, health and structure. We are proud to produce top winning dogs for the sport of conformation, but are even prouder to be able to welcome such wonderful companions into your lives.

Why did you start breeding?
We both enjoy showing and seriously studied Borzoi and later Silkens and English Setters. We moved to a 13 acre ranch with two kennels so as to provide our dogs enough space to enjoy their lives when at home. We so enjoy welcoming new babies and seeing how they grow-whether that is as an important part of your family or someone's special show dog.What makes your program special?
Our facility is top notch, we have extensive experience, and spent years seeking out the best breeding stock before creating Justart in 2015. Our results speak for themselves. We always take our dogs back if your situation changes, but have rarely been asked to do so. We have bred, owned, or shown the Top Borzoi in the country 6 different times now. We have also bred lure coursing champions.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

"AKC Registration, Appropriate Puppy Vaccines, Health exam, socialization, and potty training. Price varies depending on age, litter, gender, and various other factors. We only take Deposits once we have a litter confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of buyer cancellation unless we have a suitable home on our wait list. If cancelled by us we refund deposit."

About Felix
Felix is a Comedian and a young Casanova. He gets along with his brother and other males of different breeds. He has often served as a junior handling dog and finished his championship with several wins under the handling of a 15 year old young lady. He is very sweet and very athletic.

About Felicity
Felicity is the sweetest girl we know. She loves to cuddle and give kisses. She is quite obedient an can go on hikes loose, She finished her Championship easily and took an Award of Merit at the 2021 National Specialty. She is the litter sister to "Jack", current #1 Borzoi all systems and a Top 5 Hound with 5 all breed Bests in Show at only 3 years of age. Felicity passed her health testing. She is not terribly interested in lure coursing, would much rather hang out with you in bed or on the couch.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Brucellosis, Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
