I'm Lily B., the breeder behind Kaen Kennels located in Orangevale, CA. It's our goal to pass good traits down to future generations. discovered that the Cirneco dell’Etna is a very versatile breed and excels in a wide range of activities.
Q. & A. with Lily
Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved raising and training puppies and noticed a popularity decline in all of my breeds. I also never had someone to mentor me and help teach me the in's and out's of each breed. So I figured, why not be that person for someone else for a breed they love or want to learn more about?
What makes your program special?
The Cirnechi don't have any required testing, but we do it anyways! Most breeders don't socialize their dogs, Proper socialization can help prevent behavioral problems in adult dogs. By introducing puppies to a variety of stimuli in a positive and controlled manner, breeders and owners can help them to develop a strong foundation for a happy and well-adjusted life.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Kuvasz puppies are white. Cirneco dell’Etna puppies are tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
