Litter update on 28 Dec 2024 •…Puppies have started to head to their forever homes. We are excited for them and their new families, but are also sad to see them go so we take a “we’re gonna miss you photo.” We will miss you Daffy, Tweety and Fifi! I don’t have a new family photo for Fifi.

About Coco
Coco is a high energy, high drive girl who loves to learn new things. She was shown in Rally as part of my son’s 4H project. We took her to try dock diving and she loved it and tried some agility activities for fun (like the teeter totter, jumps and the high walk. She loves water retrieving her toys and is very birdie. She does get hyper focused on live birds. She is very treat motivated, and loves affection. Parent health testing
Good level
Katie Hughes reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Standard Poodles.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
