I'm Johanna G., the breeder behind K&J Frenchies located in Grafton, OH. Our dogs are bred with a focus on health and temperament! We want to make sure we offer you the healthiest and happiest frenchies that you and your family can love forever!
Q. & A. with Johanna
Why did you start breeding?
My family has been breeding German Shepherds for 13+ years now. But my partner and I fell in love with the French Bulldog breed after we got our first one, Grogu. He has the sweetest temperament & he’s so fun! Everyone who meets him loves him so much. Then we got our Bo-Katan & fell even more in love with them. She’s got the funniest personality & she’s also the sweetest little girl!
What makes your program special?
I think our breeding program will be special because we care so deeply about our dogs & will always consider their health & well being above & beyond anything else. If they are unable to continue breeding or aren’t healthy enough in our eyes, we will wait. We will NEVER overbreed because we want just your money. We want to make sure we breed healthy dogs for your family to love forever!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, black and tan, blue fawn, tricolors, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
