Due Nov. 2026
I'm Mikayla W., the breeder behind Knightwood Danes located in Manchester, ME. Our dogs are raised with intention in a family environment, with a focus on companionship. We are committed to ethical breeding practices, responsible pairing decisions, and the long-term health of the breed. We work with both reg. and carefully selected unreg lines.

Why did you start breeding?
What makes your program special?
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Where do your breeding dogs live?

Mikayla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Mikayla partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We take great care in matching our puppies to their forever families; we will take your color and gender preferences into consideration. However, we would like to get to know our buyers as much as possible, to ensure we match your puppy with your lifestyle, not just your aesthetic! :)”

“The price includes the health guarantee, AKC registration, socialization, vaccines & deworming, and microchip. Price does vary depending on if you are purchasing an AKC registered or unregistered puppy. Our puppies will only vary in price if they're from a registered or unregistered litter.”
Mikayla may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Mikayla offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Mikayla directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Mikayla.
