I'm Maile k., the breeder behind Kopydlowski's Shihpoo and Shichon pups located in Rural Retreat, VA. Our Shihpoo and Shichon pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. We care so much about each of our dogs and make sure to find our puppies the perfect families and individuals with lifestyles that will complement this amazing breed.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I wanted another shihpoo as well behaved, healthy and smart as our other shihpoo, so we decided to breed our own.

  • What makes your program special?

    We raise our pups in our home,our pets are our family , they cuddle, play, sleep, and are trained as our own fur babies up until you take one home. We love each one very much and make sure you have a wonderful kind loving friend for life ❤️

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Shihpoo puppies are tiny size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Shichon puppies include cream, black and white, and brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $750 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $3,550 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Maile has been wonderful in helping us with choosing and taking home our adorable sweet Shihpoo puppy, Maple. We found Maple on Good Dog and reached out to Maile immediately and we were able the FaceTime with hwr and meet the puppy virtually. After several weeks when the puppy was ready to come home we drove down to pick her up. Maile answered all our questions. We could tell Maple was growing up in a warm safe healthy environment with her siblings and mom and dad. Maple has been home with us now for 2 weeks and she is an amazing puppy. Smart. Happy.
