I'm Bruce S., the breeder behind Kotu Poodles located in Ogden, UT. We hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our Poodles and finding the right home for every puppy. We are an experienced breeder, owner, and handler of Poodles and take the role of preservation, health testing, and producing healthy Poodles that are of sound body and mind very seriously. We actively support the preservation of pure bred dogs that are responsibly bred, health tested and adhere to the breed standard. We love the predictability of a healthy well-bred Poodle. We take pride in both their accomplishments in the ring and their amazing temperaments and abilities at home. We consistently produce wonderful pups, and are happy to provide other families and individuals with extraordinary puppies that will make great companions.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Bruce partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Finding the right home for each puppy is of great importance. We want to exceed your expectations and ensure each puppy is placed in a loving home that is appropriate for the individual. All puppies are temperament tested by an evaluator at 7 weeks and have gone through breed evaluations at 8 weeks to help us better understand the placement needs of each puppy.”

“The price Includes AKC registration, first vaccines and deworming, Early Neurological Stimulation, temperament testing, breed evaluations, a care package and a three year health guarantee. Puppies leave here having been accustomed to routine grooming, car rides and are well on their way to being housebroken. they haver a strong foundation to become a great companion. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of the color, gender, companion or show prospect.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
