We adopted a husky – his name is Madmartigan – last June from April and immediately fell in love with him. We’d never had a husky before, and April was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She made sure we met Marti’s parents and were able to see our little husky interact with his littermates while we were there. When we brought Marti home, things were definitely different! In a good way, of course. Marti is our precious little husky and has grown up to be absolutely gorgeous – with all the husky quirks we’d expected! Recently, however, Marti has been rather lonely. When we saw that April had bred a new litter – with Marti’s parents! – we immediately pounced on the idea of adopting a puppy for our puppy. April was so responsive to our inquiry and, again, answered all of our questions with the knowledge that comes from being an excellent breeder. We chose our little copper and white pup, named him Willow, and spent several weeks anxiously awaiting the day we could pick him up. Finally, we were able to adopt Willow and bring him home. While we didn’t get a chance to speak with April directly this time, all of our questions were answered by her family – who are also very knowledgeable when it comes to huskies. The contract is easy to understand, and I love that we are able to register our pups with the AKC. When Willow and Madmartigan met for the first time, they had an instant connection. It was like they knew that they had the same parents and the bond was immediate. They absolutely adore each other and we couldn’t have asked for a better pair of huskies! Thank you, April, for all you do and for letting us adopt such amazing dogs into our family.
