I'm Judy R., the breeder behind Labradoodles of Montana located in Helena, MT. Our family is the heart of Labradoodles of Montana. We believe in giving our puppies the best start in life. From birth, our puppies are raised in our home, immersed in everyday family life. We prioritize health, socialization, and the well-being of our puppies.
Q. & A. with Judy
Why did you start breeding?
My family always had a family dog. I was introduced to the ALDs by becoming a guardian home to one. We fell in love with the breed due to their incredibly sweet temperaments, intelligence and non-shedding coats. The breeder, who is now my mentor, had incredible dogs and a well-run program. The example of that, plus wanting to someday quit my corporate job led me down this rewarding path
What makes your program special?
We have invested in great breeding dogs, with beautiful coats, wonderful temperaments, and good healthy lines. We love them as our family pets! We raise the puppies in our home, following the early socialization protocols from the leading programs. We love our puppies and equally love to see them go to great homes to enrich others' lives, as ours has been!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel, red, apricot, chocolate, cafe, black, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
