I'm Mathew L., the breeder behind Lake Cumberland Doodle Farm located in Jamestown, KY. Lake Cumberland Doodle Farm concentrates solely on the mini-medium doodle. We believe these sizes make the best family dogs for absolutely anyone. Our puppies are family-raised inside our home until they go home with you. We strive to provide each puppy with the best beginning possible.
Q. & A. with Mathew
Why did you start breeding?
We adopted a red poodle. Daisy was a sensation. We talked about it for a long time & decided that we would breed her. We searched endlessly for the perfect match. I wanted to keep her deep red color. She had, healthy & red babies that each stole our hearts all over again. As they grew so did their personalities. Gotcha day, came fast. I had no doubt that they had gotten the absolute best homes.
What makes your program special?
We work with every puppy individually and as a group so they come home with the confidence it takes to please its new owners to the fullest potential. We follow Puppy culture protocols to shape your new puppies future!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
