I'm Lynn J., the breeder behind Lake Road Doodles located in Hertford, NC. We are a small breeder of Standard, Medium and Mini Goldendoodles. We raise our pups for family pets, therapy and service . We are a Gold Ribbon Breeder with Goldendoodle Association of North America . located in Hertford NC close to VA and Beach .

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding Goldendoodles because we loved both the poodle and Golden and have raised both , with allergies in the family we decided on goldendoodle to minimize the dander . What we got was a wonderful pet . And knew we would never go back ❤️What makes your program special?
We work hard to condition our puppies for anything the world puts in front of them, no matter the situation if it's lap, therapy or service. We utilize Early Neurological Stimulation and as they grow use Puppy Culture for raising our puppies . Weekly pictures to keep you updated on there develop and temperament ❤️What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, chocolate, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Emma
Emma- Emma has something that not all doodles have and there is a name for it. Hmmm…. Let me think…. MISS INDEPENDENCE! This girl is a confident and independent girl. Now don’t get me wrong. This girl loves some good couch time with her daddy and some snacks but she is her own personality and loves to run the pack. She says Penny might be the queen bee but I am the Diva of this house. Emma loves to be outside and loves to play chase with her sisters. She’s like the youngest child… you know what I’m talking about… the one with no fear! This girl is seriously a joy to have. She is super smart and is always making me smile!

About Bugs
Oh Bugs, this boy is a total clown. He is always up to something that’s going to make you smile. He loves to be cuddled but also loves to chase to pesky tail that’s always wagging back and forth…He’s like, “do y’all not see that thing?!?! It’s always following me!” This boy is a total sweetheart. He is always up to something. Maybe tearing up that electric bill that just came but hey! In his defense he told me that he would help with the bills because that’s just the kind of guy he is! For real though this boy is hilarious and is always making me smile and laugh. He’s always happy and down to play but also happy to chill on the couch and watch

About Ginger
Ginger is a wild mustang at heart. Running though the house like lighting when someone walks in the door. She must be first to get there because she IS the welcome committee. This girl adores people and is happiest when she is giving you kisses and getting those amazing belly scratches. She loves to play and be apart of anything and everything you’re doing. She has never met a stranger and in fact, she will show you around the house. The kitchen will be the first place she takes you to because no tour is complete without snacks. I mean everything is better with snacks! Really though, this girl is a love bug and will follow you anywhere. She is such a fun pup to be around!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
