I'm Adam T., the breeder behind Lasting Legacy Family Dogs located in China Grove, NC. We are the Tennant family! We are a small family breeder of goldendoodles. We live on a three acre farm, where our dogs get plenty of opportunities to explore and exercise. We homeschool our children, and our dogs get extra training and play time with them during the day.
Q. & A. with Adam
Why did you start breeding?
We got our goldendoodle, Piper, over 12 years ago. She has been a wonderful family dog, and we know this breed makes a great family dog. Playful, loving, and loyal.
Four years ago, we ventured into breeding goldendoodles. This has been an experience that the whole family has gone "all in" on! We all have a part to play to ensure the puppy is ready for its forever home.
What makes your program special?
We are a very small breeder on a small family farm and we homeschool our children. So the puppies get a lot of extra socialization with our children and other animals.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
