Maegan N.

Breeder of Golden Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Maegan N., the breeder behind Laurelin Goldens located in Columbus, OH. We enjoy showing our dogs, & they are our companions in every adventure. We do all we can to give our dogs & pups the best lives. We are very passionate about dogs and responsible breeding practices. We hope to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to help build a better and safer world for our dogs.

Q. & A. with Maegan

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding when I got my first show dog, Eevee. She is the foundation of Laurelin Goldens and I consider myself extremely lucky to be her partner. Eevee’s offspring will hopefully be my future competition partners for the foreseeable future.
  • What makes your program special?

I strive to make the best Golden Retrievers that I can make. Each pairing is thoughtfully considered for months or even years in advance. Overall health & longevity, temperament & working ability, and proper structure are of utmost importance to me. I strive to breed Goldens that have the drive and intelligence to do it all with the ability to sleep at my feet when we’re not working.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
