Meet the breeder

I'm Alexis P., the breeder behind Lazy A Ranch & Kennels located in Brazil, In, IN. I love being a breeder! It's so fulfilling to see the positive effect that a beloved, furry companion can have on its family. My main priority when breeding is the temperament of my dogs and puppies. I want my puppies to be wonderful family companions and bring lots of love and joy into their forever homes. All of our dogs are Fully Health tested with all records to show on hand.

Q. & A. with Alexis

  • Why did you start breeding?

These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in my life. As I learned more about responsible breeding practices, I wanted to do my part to produce healthy, well-bred puppies. It has been an incredible experience! I have had Dobermans and rottweilers since a very young kid and recently got into breeding Corsi when we saw them at a dog show.
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are an integral part of my family and daily life. This creates the ideal environment for puppies. From birth, they grow in a secure, loving environment where they know that they matter to their family -- that they have a purpose. We lay the foundation for potty training, grooming, and basic obedience.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Rottweiler puppies include black and tan, black and rust, and black and mahogany. Doberman Pinscher puppies include black and rust and red and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
