I'm Alesha D., the breeder behind Lead The Way Kennel LLC located in Batavia, NY. I strive to produce quality puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. As a breeder, I feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize each of my puppies’ overall health and temperament and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for before joining their forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
My love for Beagles and English Springer Spaniels inspired me to share these amazing breeds with the world in a responsible way. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others. It has been an absolute joy of a journey and I'm blessed to do what I do.What makes your program special?
I have always been invested in the well-being of animals and am passionate about the work I do. My life revolves around my dogs and meeting their needs both socially and medically. I strive to bring you the healthiest, most well-rounded puppies. I work with passion, heart, and integrity, and I truly want what's best for your future puppy.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include 13-inch and 15-inch sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Program update on 05 May •…Puppies are officially here, please be patient with us while we love on momma who is being an absolute rock star at her job right now! All puppies are doing wonderful and we were blessed with traditional tricolor and chocolate tricolor coloring this litter! We will not be starting picks from our waitlist for 4-5 weeks and will be reaching out at that time.
