Q. & A. with Leila
Why did you start breeding?
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has long been a breed I adore and dreamed of owning someday. In 2021 I was able to get my first purebred dog; an AKC CKCSpaniel. I loved the idea of producing dogs of such quality, health, temperament and beauty, and with that, the idea of breeding dogs was born in me. Since then, our dogs have shifted some, but breeding well and with joy, is still my passion.
What makes your program special?
When I do something I want to do it right and do it well. I do my research, I watch others, I find mentors, and I put in the work to make it good. With my dog breeding, I select health tested, quality, beautiful dogs that will produce puppies with a great foundation and then, I raise them up right, in our home, to be happy, well-rounded, adaptable pups that will fill families with lasting joy.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Poodle puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Australian Labradoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, chocolate, phantom, merle, and parti. Poodle puppies include sable, apricot, black, brown, cream, red, parti, phantom, and brindle. Australian Labradoodle puppies include caramel cream, caramel, caramel red, apricot, and chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
