I'm Melanie C., the breeder behind Limitless Goldens located in Lehi, UT. We breed AKC Golden Retrievers from champion pedigrees. Health, temperament, correct structure (conformation) are all extremely important to us. We know how important the early days are and work hard to give puppies proper socialization and habituation to all sorts of environments, humans, etc.
Q. & A. with Melanie
Why did you start breeding?
After working with so many dogs and fostering several litters, I learned that 1-I was extremely good at raising puppies, 2-young puppies are my favorite to work with, and 3-I could really produce some above average puppies with my knowledge of training and with my knowledge of using high-quality parent dogs.
What makes your program special?
I am a certified dog trainer and have also been to seminars and work hard to set my puppies up for success. That along with being extremely picky about the parent dogs I use makes amazing puppies who grow to be “stellar” dogs. (Quote from the service dog trainer who evaluated my last litter).
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
