Meet the breeder

I'm Talia L., the breeder behind Lincoln Luxe Poodles located in Bremerton, WA. At Lincoln Luxe Poodles, we raise healthy, well-socialized Toy Poodles with love and purpose. Health-tested parents, home-raised puppies, exceptional temperaments, and lifetime support for every family. 🩷🐩.

Q. & A. with Talia

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love for animals is what inspired me to begin breeding. I’ve always believed every animal deserves the best start in life, and that passion drives everything I do. Raising healthy, well-socialized puppies is more than a hobby—it’s my calling. Watching them grow, thrive, and become cherished family members is the most rewarding part of what I do. 🐾🤍
  • What makes your program special?

Every puppy is raised with love inside our home, not in a kennel. We prioritize health, temperament, and early socialization to help each puppy become a confident, loving companion. Our dogs are carefully selected, health-tested, and treated as family. We provide lifelong support because our commitment doesn’t end when a puppy goes home. 🐩🤍
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Breeder-Reported Testing

Good level

Lincoln Luxe Poodles reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Toy Poodles.

  • Hip Dysplasia

Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Patellar Luxation

Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
