I'm Rich & Darlene H., the breeder behind Linwood Wires located in Wooster, OH. In order to produce the best quality puppies, we breed with a focus on health, temperament, and structure. We conduct genetic testing on all of our adult dogs to ensure that we are not producing puppies who are at risk of developing DM and all of or dogs are clear for VDEGS.

Our little girl, Poppy, is mostly white with a charming white spot on the tip of her right ear. Her playful antics include carrying her baby blanket everywhere, attempting to climb onto furniture to reach our heads, and engaging in spirited wrestling matches with Winnie, our Whoodle.

Van Den Ende-Gupta Syndrome (VDEGS), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
