Breeder of Golden Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Harmoney L., the breeder behind Little Bitta Luck Farms located in Moapa, NV. We show in conformation and compete in Obedience, Rally, and Hunt test, however, above all else, our dogs are family. Rarely, if ever, do we not have at least one of them with us, regardless of what we're doing or where we're going. When it's time to turn in for the night, it's a race to get to the bedroom first to claim the best spot on the bed!

Q. & A. with Harmoney

  • Why did you start breeding?

My mother raised Goldens while I was growing up and after a few years with other breeds, I quickly realized no other breed would do and returned to raising, training and competing with Golden. In an effort to breed the most healthy puppies possible, our dogs have OFA hip, elbow, eye and cardiologist heart clearances and are tested, at a minimum for PRCD, PRA GR1, PRA GR2, NCL, Ichthyosis 1 & 2.
  • What makes your program special?

We strive to produce puppies as close to the ideal of their breed standard as possible, focusing on stunning, structurally correct dogs who excel in performance events (what they were bred to do). We spend countless hours carefully selecting parents for our puppies, and many more hours raising the puppies while painstakingly selecting new families for the puppies who will not be staying with us.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

I can only say wonderful things about Harmoney. She allowed me to have one of her puppies who is now named Charlie. When I first contacted her, she was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We got a smart, funny puppy from her that clearly shows how well she does what she does. He has such a wonderful disposition and clearly shows how much time she takes to make all this happen. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much Little Bitta Luck Farms❤️🐾
