I'm Deborah Ann R., the breeder behind Little Bug Schnauzers located in Hertford, NC. Our dogs are bred for health and conformation. All of our Schnauzers are AKC Registered or Pet Homes. All parents are Embark tested and Clear of all breed specific diseases. All puppies are raised in my home with me and all my other babies ❤️.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I waited 21 years for my first Miniature Schnauzer and fell completely in love with the breed.... So much so that within 12 months I had purchased 5 babies!! Yes... I call them My Babies 😁 All of my Schnauzers are my babies and are a huge part of my family. They are never crated or left alone and unattended. They all have beds and their own blankets but they prefer to sleep in bed with me and I wouldn't have it any other way. I completely and instantly fell in love with this breed and all their amazing qualities, so I decided to breed so others can also enjoy and love them as I do.

  • What makes your program special?

    I'm not in this for the money or anything close to that... I want everyone to have the chance to witness and experience the love and joy that Miniature Schnauzers can bring into their life's.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, black, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

A deposit of $500 is required for each puppy. This deposit will go towards the purchase price of chosen puppy and is non refundable.”

    Deborah Ann was AMAZING. She was so responsive, knowledgeable and it’s obvious she cares so much about these pups.     Deborah was so responsive about our schnauzer, she sent pictures, and videos. She helped us so much, we learned so much about the breed. I am so happy and grateful of how easy and smooth the process was. Training our schnauzer was so easy, even my husband was surprised because she did not want to pee or poop in her crate, she would whine so much just to go out and poop. We're in Virginia and Deborah met us half way which was very nice of her to have traveled under 2 hrs.
