I'm Bethany K., the breeder behind Little Handsome Siberians located in Virginia. Little Handsome Siberians was established in 2014. We are breeders, advocates for the Siberian Husky, and proponents of honoring the heritage of the breed. We fell in love with the breed because of their energy, pack drive and truly unique personality. We love sharing the breed with others!
Q. & A. with Bethany
Why did you start breeding?
We met an incredible breeder who kept in touch with us and walked us through everything (Hercules' breeder). He became our mentor, spending hours over the phone providing direction, sharing his experience, and pointing us in the right direction. I worked my way through the AKC training courses for breeder and dove into research. Eventually, we whelped out first litter and the rest is history!
What makes your program special?
I like to think that what makes us special is that we operate like a family and are committed to that high level of care (from housing to nutrition, genetic testing, training and beyond!). Our puppies and dogs are raised alongside our human children, each is celebrated for it's own unique character. We love to tell stories about our dogs and the quirky mischief they get into! We love our dogs!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and white, gray and white, agouti and white, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Little Handsome Siberians were excellent in communication! Whenever we had a question, they responded quickly and with precise answers. They provided great detail of payments, pickup location, and everything you would possibly need to know about the specific puppy and the breed in general. They went above and beyond to tell us not only how to get our puppy but how to give him a good life throughout all of his years!
