I'm Laura L., the breeder behind Little House on the Farmie located in Byron Center, MI. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We adore this breed and can't wait to share our love for them with you! We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. We do all that we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best homes!
Q. & A. with Laura
Why did you start breeding?
It's been a dream of mine for the past 10 years, and this year it finally all came together. We wanted to have the right home for it, and once we got Maggie we wanted to make sure she was fit for breeding. She has passed every health check and OFA test, and has the best temperament. We are so excited that she is the mother of this litter!
What makes your program special?
This is not a business for us - Maggie is our pet first, and she will always be part of our family. We only have one dog, and we did so much research and put so much of our time and money into making sure that Maggie was fit to breed. We also spent a lot of time finding the right stud for Maggie, and Euchre checked all the boxes. We want to provide quality puppies for their future families.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Maggie
Maggie is the best. We love her so so much! She LOVES people, is eager to please, is not good at playing catch, and has the sweetest temperament. She loves our young children and is gentle with my elderly grandparents. She is certified for eyes, heart, hips, elbows and has clear genetics.
