I'm Shonna F., the breeder behind Little legacy doodles located in Sacramento, CA. Our puppy's are part of our family from the first day they are born. -Our responsibility is to provide the best possible start and wide array of socialization skills that will be a long life foundation for each puppy and be able to promote the best possible temperament and socially sound puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up breeding. And had the desire to start again after I had a family of my own.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised as part of our family. They are started from 5 weeks old -crate training, house training. And are well adjusted to vacuums, sounds, car rides, kids, other dogs, cats, & rabbits.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini and medium sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Bernedoodle puppies include sable, black and white, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Shonna

Shonna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Shonna partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), DNA Disease Panel, von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
