Meet the breeder

I'm Kelsey M., the breeder behind Little Mountain Springers, Springerdoodles & Poodles located in Clifton, ID. Our dogs are born and raised as family dogs. We have a young family with four littles of our own. We’ve loved English Springer Spaniels and Springerdoodles many years before having kids and now have loved sharing that love and involving our kids with the care and responsibility that brings.

Why did you start breeding?
My very first dog was an English Springer Spaniel. I was 12 years old and worked and paid for that puppy and it was my pride and joy. Ever since then I have loved and adored the breed and couldn’t imagine a better family dog.
What makes your program special?
Our program is special because these dogs are our family and we care for them and their needs and their wants the same as our people family. They run and play and are given ample amounts of love and attention. We wouldn’t have it any other way and always want that for their future homes in the puppies we place.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Springerdoodle puppies are mini size. Poodle puppies are moyen size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Springerdoodle puppies include merle, brown, liver and white, black and white, black, and parti. Poodle puppies include black, brown, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Kelsey

Kelsey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Kelsey partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“We match puppies once personailties are more present and we know more about what the buyer is also looking for specifically in a puppy.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes deworming, required vaccinations and socialization. A deposit secures your choice of a specific puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kelsey may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
