I'm Chelsea L., the breeder behind Loposky Goldens located in Peoria, AZ. Goldens are everything that one thinks of when searching for that perfect family dog. When we brought our first Golden girl home we knew we needed to share her genes with other families and we have fallen deep in love with the entire experience.
Q. & A. with Chelsea
Why did you start breeding?
We had 2 unexpected litters in my childhood and I loved caring after the puppies and mama. Once we brought Poppy home and got to know her, we knew it would be a crime to not share her with the community through her puppies. Since then, we’ve fallen in love with the entire process.
What makes your program special?
When you take home one of our puppies, you’re taking home a part of our heart. We put so much into caring for these little guys and gals, and we truly care. It’s evident. You will forever have a friend in Loposky Goldens. 🩷
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Golden Retriever
About Moxie
Moxie is just as sweet as she is playful. She “melts” with belly rubs and just wants to be close to her owners. She is extremely gentle and nurturing to Poppy’s puppies and we’re very excited to see her with her own pups in late 2026.
Parent health testing
Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Loposky Goldens reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Golden Retrievers.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
