Q. & A. with Shannon
Why did you start breeding?
We have always had multiple dogs (2-3) in our home. Some have come to us through rescue and some we have purchased. They are an integral part of our lives and are treated as family. Because many of my family suffer from allergies and asthma I have gravitated to allergy friendly dogs which led us to our current Australian Labradoodle - Frankie. Because I am at a point in my life where I can devote more time to my dogs I decided to breed Australian Labradoodles. I am so excited about sharing my love of this breed with other families.
What makes your program special?
I am a conscientious, responsible breeder. I will never breed a dog with behavioral issues or known genetic defects. I want other families to benefit from my passion for allergy friendly companion dogs.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Working with Shannon was an incredible experience! She is so kind and inviting and went the extra mile to make our puppy’s first weeks enriching, nurturing and full of love! We felt so included in the process along the way which was really fun to build the bond with our puppy before he even came home! Shannon’s care of Frankie and her puppies is excellent. She’s well versed in best practices to create a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. Her love and care shines through in every interaction! We would recommend Loveland Labradoodles to any one looking to bring a puppy home! Our puppy has been home about a week and has transitioned beautifully so far!
