I'm Alyson W., the breeder behind Low Riders Corgis & Mini Aussies located in Nortonville, KS. Our dogs are well adjusted, social dogs that are living their best life with our family on the farm. Why did you start breeding?
We had been at a car show & people kept complimenting our dogs, expressing how corgi’s they had been around were aggressive to other dogs &/or had all of these terrible health issues. We came home in shock of what we heard and spent countless hours reading about how the corgi breed was becoming tainted by poor breeding standards. The next three years we started building a program to improve the breed.What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because we started out with just a couple of dogs and as we grew, we gained more knowledge and experience! Throughout our journey, we have met so many new people who have helped educate us and point us in the right direction. A lot of our buyers say that we are down-to-earth, personable, easy to connect with. We are committed to providing you with a positive experience and to helping you find your new forever companion!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include red, sable, blue, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include sable, black and white, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Litter update on 08 Aug. •…The past couple of days have been hot outside. While potty training, we take the puppies out several times a day. We switch out toys and treats daily as well as having lots of free run time without being stuck behind a fence. We work on recall as well as just letting them explore. Today we opted to make some mud for the puppies to play in. We had some that absolutely loved digging and playing. Let’s hope they enjoy bath time as much tonight. 😂

Litter update on 17 July •…Two brothers out for a stroll in the yard after having supper. Both of these pups have been such a joy to raise. Both are reserved and will soon have older 4 legged siblings.

Litter update on 14 July •…Good evening everyone! This is a big shout out to Good Dog for helping direct the most AMAZING puppy parents to us. We have had the best time meeting up with fantastic people that we know are going to ensure our dogs live their best lives. Good Dog has allowed us to assist in providing pups to match your life style & activity levels. This weekend was no exception & we were so beyond blessed to see one of our recently adopted puppies. 🥰❤️🥰 She & her big brother Charlie will soon have a brother(s). We cannot wait to follow their adventures as they grow. Another little boy is going home to an absolutely beautiful big sister. We have never felt more sure that this owner was written in the stars for our little man. His dad was determined to find his girl the best suitable sibling & we love that he choose our puppy. And yet another family chose to let one of our puppies into their hearts. It is an amazing moment watching puppy parents bond with their pups. We love the opportunity to answer questions and remind people that we will be here long after you take your puppy home. Another happy note- playing fetch is starting to go really good with some of the pups. They are actually bringing the toys back & we aren’t playing chase the toy. Potty training is still progressing along pretty good as well.

About Sophie
Sophie is one of those one in a million go getter corgi gals, she loves a good swim at the pond and following us while riding horse back or going for a ride on the side by side. Sophie’s also an absolutely amazing momma and has the best disposition pups!

Meet Ivy! Ivy is such a loving girl, her disposition is just everything a breeder would want! She loves playing with my niece and nephew. About Joy
We have raised Joy from a puppy. We own both her mom and dad. From the time she was just a few weeks old, we absolutely knew that she was a keeper. Joy was given her name as she never fussed, never cried if her other siblings pushed her around when they nursed. She’s continued to be a great dog in everything she does. She loves being with her family and is always happy no matter what we are doing. When Joy is outside; you’ll often find her lounging in the small stock tank with a couple of her corgi friends. If the grandkids have the large water slide out, you are sure to find her sitting right in the middle waiting for the kids to come down to greet her. Joys favorite treats are cottage cheese in the summer, and her anytime treats are pig ears, bully sticks and anything that has salmon in it.

About Snickers
Oh Snickers! What can I tell you about our wild and crazy Snickers. Snickers loves Mozzarella cheese, she loves big fluffy pillows and I prefers the house when it’s hot. If she has to be outside, you will likely find her soaking wet from jumping in the pool or the horses stock tank. Snickers loves riding to town for ice cream and she religiously sits in the back seat by the window. She’s not above barking repeatedly until someone realizes that they need to move to give her back her requested seat. Snickers also decides when playtime is over and it’s bedtime. Should the other dogs not heed her bark warning; Snickers will kindly take their toy to bed with her. 😂😂😂 Snickers is the queen of the corgis in our house.

About Summer
Summer has been with us since she was 8 weeks old. She was raised in the home with our crew of potatoes. Summer loves swimming in anything she can get it. Horse watering tanks, the swimming pool, the grandkids water slide or the pond. She also loves fresh sheet after swimming. 😂 Summer doesn’t know a stranger and for a corgi- doesn’t really bark that much. She will go all day or sleep on the couch with you during a storm. She’s a lovely dog with a beautiful coat. Her favorite treats are good and plenty kabobs and salmon treats. She’s always up for food off the grill. Summer is completely clear health wise and AKC registered. She’s also a bluie carrier and a fluff carrier.

We recently adopted Juniper (Winston) from Alyson and not only was the process swift, but Alyson was exceedingly responsive to questions and accommodating of our schedules. We have had Willow now for almost two months. She is a great addition to our pet family. She is continuing to grow and explore everything. She loves to chase butterflies and moths in the back yard. Her brother and sister are coming around to her. The older Corgi is finally playing and chasing her around. We are training her, and she has learned new things pretty quick. The only downside and it was not much, at first vet visit it was found she had worms. It was not a big deal to me, but Figo insurance won't pay for any treatment associated with it. Said it was a preexisting condition before insurance went into effect. May have to think about different insurance.

My daughter met Alyson and some of her pups while they were out on a socialization trip. Kylie immediately fell in love. Most teenagers used their money saved from their first job on a car, my daughter, had to have one of these amazing pups . We contacted Alyson and she immediately responded to all our questions about the puppies and the bread. She even offered to meet us right away to bring us our new puppy even though it was a holiday weekend. Everything was amazing, The puppy is amazing and Alyson is still responds to any questions we have and checked in on us daily then first few days after our puppy came home.
