I'm Hope F., the breeder behind Lucky's Legacy located in Lebanon, OH. We breed for temperament, intelligence, health, and appearance. Our dogs are solid colored with healthy lines. Pups are bred, whelped & raised in our home. They get ENS, are handled daily, trained on potty papers then taught to go outside, crate trained, and learn the leash & basic puppy manners.

Hope has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Hope partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“This is not a black and white rule. We give families a pick order based on application approval and acceptance of their deposit. But by that we mean that their wishes will be taken into account before the next person in line. But we firmly believe that puppies can NOT be chosen by color and gender alone and have found the most successful pairings are based on personality and puppy temperament, so we reserve the right to intervene if we think the match isn’t a good one”

“Puppies start at $2,300 and vary based on individual puppy, coat, and placement. They come with a spay/neuter contact. If we waive it and transfer breeding rights, then the price will be higher. $500 deposit due upon acceptance to the program & litter confirmed, It must be made through GoodDog, whenever possible. Call if you need to work out an alternative method.”
Hope may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Hope offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Hope directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Hope.

The Legacy Litter has arrived!

Here is our “little” Major Minor, 3 days post-op to have a HUGE stone removed from his bladder and, as you can see, little guy does not seem to be bothered by it although the cone is a menace lol

Cami really enjoys her alone time, and I caught her on film resisting bedtime.

Poodle
About Gypsy - RETIRED
She’s the “Queen Mum” here at Lucky’s Legacy! She’s getting on in years but she better not catch you saying that! She’s very much our Attitudal Poodle!
Poodle
About Abby
When we first got Abby, at eight weeks, she only weighed 6.4 pounds! I was so concerned about her her size I contacted the breeder to make sure he didn't accidentally send us a mini. He assured me she wasn't and she has finally at 8 months, started to grow up and fill out. But regardless of her size, her personality is HUGE!

Hope was very helpful and informative- Honor (now Pippin!) is my first dog, so there was some uncertainty at first but Hope answered all my questions and everything has turned out great! There was definitely an adjustment period for my family and Pippin, but Hope was great about giving advice and we’ve all come a long way. And Pippin is such a smart and playful dog- awkward at times (lol) but we love him to the moon and back! Thanks, Hope!

This was by far the easiest process I could have imagined! Hope was so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She thoroughly explained every part of the application. Franklin is the sweetest and calmest dog I’ve ever had! You can tell that they really love what they do and want whats best for their dogs. I highly recommend this breeder!

We love our Libby girl to pieces! Hope was a trooper through the entire process. All while recovering from surgery she answered my many questions and worked hard to support Liberty’s transition into her new home. Hope loves her pups… from her home to yours!
